Access Pathway

Waterlogged garden, no access to front pathway.?
my boyf lent out my driveway to his family to fix a car on. But it has been over a year now, and everytime i see them they promise to move the car but they dont.
My garden has become waterlogged, and its embarrasing when visitors come, because if they are wearing highheels or platform shoes, they sink into the muddy pool.
My otherhalf seems carefree of this concern and keeps on telling them to have the driveway as long as they want. I recently had been given the opportunity to have gates placed on, but missed out on this because of the stupid car.
I have made threats to scrap, but my other half says if i do he will flip with me, as its his family and he dont want the major fall out.
I hate it, its ruined my shoes, its very slippery and it drags a hell of alot of mess and mud into the house. Its so bad, that i have the carry my sons friend over it the other day, so that he could come into the house to play, as he didnt want to get dirty.
Im getting depressed. HELP
Erm…whose house is it? Yours? Then give your boyfriend one week to get it moved and tell him if it isnt gone at the end of that week then you will call the council and have it towed as abandoned…..and DO IT!
