Ladies I need your help, Vaginal Infection?

Okay I’m having itching and pain all around my vaginal area. I bought a bunch of stuff (Yeast Gard, Vagisil Satin, Vagisil Whips, AZO Test Strips and AZO Pills) I just started using the stuff today but I’ve had these symptoms for about a week. When I pee it burns the AZO test strip was nitrate negative but the white blood cell strip was positive. When I pee and I wipe right by my urethra there’ss pink blood on the tissue. I don’t see my doctor until the 12th, I don’t know if I can deal with it till then. I am sexually active but have been with the same person for more than a year and we have been tested shortly after we began sleeping together. So I highly doubt it’s a STD. What should I do? And what do you think is wrong? I’m on my third week of birth control pills. (I’ve been on the pill for 5 years)
I have a slight discharge but I don’t notice any abnormal smells or colors.

Hiya, I have the same problem, and I have had it every month for the past 4 years ever since I fell pregnant with my second child. what you have is thrush, it should be easily treated with help from your doctor. also your partner should use the creams as well even if he has no symptoms as thrush can be passed from one partner to the other and back again and you will just keep getting recurring episodes of the problem.
