My speakers arent working?

Everything is plugged in, it’s not on mute, all the wires are neatly organized, i already restarted my computer like 7 times, and when I plug in my head phones, I can hear things out of the left ear bud but it’s SUPER quiet. There is also a white noise sound in the background.

Go to control panel>sounds>sounds and audio>Audio
check weather you have selected the right device as primary sound hardware
