Can I bolt a shop stand to a concrete basement floor?

You need to drill a hole into the floor to see how thick the concrete is. If it’s over 4 inches you should be good for a couple of thousand pounds of table. If it’s 2 inches or less you could be in real trouble real fast.
If you decide to go ahead use proper anchor bolts not plastic tap cons.
