My Russian Dwarf Hamster Has a Lump On Her Bib. What Should I Do ?

i recently found a small lump on my hamsters bib.
(under her chin/ribs)
we currently dont have enough money to take her to the vets, but my adult friend offered to use her account to have her accessed free from the RSPCA.
im just scared it might be cancer or something ? if anyone can please help !!
I could just be food pouches but it could be a tumour.
Don’t worry though, my hamster had one in front of his ear but it was benign so he was fine.
