Your letter indicates you have skills in customer service. Customer service is not requires an outgoing personality to interact with one another in a goal. Do not update the clients (probably better not!), Just make sure you get the tehir answered questions. Do you have empathy for others, the ability to make sensitive questions to find out what a customer is really after, will help to succeed, the knowledge to do this? Listen and think before you speak? Can you solve the problems? Do you have the joy of helping people get what they came for? Are you tough enough to say: "Sorry, we can not do that.?
