Can you get aids if both people are clean ?
This may sound a bit stupid, but I’m just curious.
If both people are clean & don’t have any stds & whatnot, can they somehow get aids?
HIV doesn’t spontaneously happen just because you have sex. (you get aids from HIV infection) One of the two people involved has to have the disease, which they caught from someone else.
