Are tattoos around the ankle or foot area able to rub off more over time then any where else?

I wanted to get a tattoo somewhere around my foot or ankle area. Unfortunately when I was doing research, I came across an article say you can get it tattooed there, but it can rub off more faster overtime then if you were to say on your arm or the back of your neck. Is this true?

Don’t think it will rub off any faster, but if in a few years if you decide you don’t like it anymore it’s harder to remove because there is less flesh and therefore less blood flow to speed up recovery time from whatever process you decide to use.
