Apnea Dry Mouth
By Charlie on Oct 20, 2007 in Hearing & Orthepedic

I have sleep apnea. 30 incidents an hour with a duration of 10 seconds each. Hate CPAP-what else to do?
I tried to mask hybrids, the mask and the ordinary nose complement unit that mounts on the nose. That close on his house and used it the first time last night. Managed three hours. So dry mouth. Any other options out there? I am very claustophobic. I am not afraid that this will help. Any other stories?
Unfortunately, there are many options unless sleep apnea is caused by obesity, then you can try to lose weight. Otherwise, perhaps your PCP may prescribe a relaxant or sleeping aid to help you. As the drought that there are models with CPAP and humidification Vaseline is a powerful long-lip moisturizer.
