Help for plantar fasciitis?

I just discovered that the plantar fasciitis (which explains the constant pain in my feet and why you can not walk morning). Does anyone know what I'm doing now? I've heard of getting a pair of orthotics from a podiatrist for my shoes and buy these templates Arch support … but how I can use arch supports when everything pushes against my arch hurts like hell? Are there any home remedies I can do to relieve the pain? Any other advice would be appreciated too! Thanks!

Wow, this guy has to lay off the crack! Anyway, as I have been diagnosed recently and do anything and everything you can, this is what helped me: As the nurse said, Tylenol / ibuprofen and ice. Standing as much as you can get sweeter, squishiest shoes and / or slippers you can and use all the time. Put them on when your feet touch the ground in the morning! Stretch your feet several times a day I think it is a combination of all this, but my feet are very badly over the last few weeks. There will be an immediate solution. I can not tell you that the ice of felt, however! Heaven was the first time told me to use! Good luck!
