Arch Supports Heel

I am 50#overweight, have heel and arch pain in foot. Have ortrhodics and support shoes. Have Systemic lupus.?
I have had lupus since 1997. Been to a pediatrist and fitted with orthodics. Have numbness in toes and pain in heel and arch of foot. Do not have diabetis. Supposed to go to neurologist next month. Work on my feet in retail 38 hours a week. Antiinflammatories and pain meds do not work. Can’t execise to lose weight because walking hurts. I am 43 years old.
Have you discused this with your Doctoer? The exercise part of it I mean. Surely there are exersises about where you don’t need to walk. What about a rowing machine or as the other person said swimming. Also there should be some sort of diet to help you with your problem. Your Doctor will advise you on this also.
