womens running shoes for narrow feet?

i have knee and hip problems but i LOVE jogging and especialy in the woods with hills and dirt uneven ground. i really need the support in my shoes, but i have kinda high/normal arches and very narrow feet.
What is a good brand of shoe?

buy nikes. all nike shoes are made really narrow. they are a little tight on my feet but im sure that they will fit yours. i used to have some during my first track season and that is the only season i stayed injury free so i assume they are somewhat good. asics are also nice because they provide a lot of support and cushoning but if your looking for a more narrow fit then buy nikes
