I feel where your at i have the same problem in my right knee. As for pain relief there doesn’t seem to be any other than some prescription from your orthopedic or the person you go see I’m having another knee surgery here soon .You need to keep on this because ther is something that isn’t right in th knee. Hope you get some relief soon.
