All the ladies in the third quarter experience severe pain in the right side of her waist and back?

I 29 weeks pregnant almost 30 and for the last hour, I was making a sharp pain yet dark side of my waist and back (not sciatic pain). Along with this pain I have heartburn and indigestion crazy. I also received a Braxton Hicks contraction ago.Please 5 minutes, let me know if this is normal and not signs of preterm labor. Thanks in advance.

I remember those, like it was yesterday. E s very normal for this stage of pregnancy. You may also experience leg cramps and pain during the night too. For helping mom told me to put my pillow between my legs at night, and it works! Believe me you will know when it's time to go to hospital!
