What is a wrist brace used for? Will it help me?
Not a cast or ace bandages, but one of those black, usually velcro, braces for the wrist?
I am a waitress with a lot of wrist pain from carrying huge trays of food. Should I buy a wrist brace? What do wrist braces do exactly? Would I wear it during my shift, or after or what?
Yes Yes Yes I started using one of these braces and the benefit was immediate!!!!
