i gave my dog flea medication and she still has fleas even after k9 adv and a flea bath and spraying the house

i have changed all the bed sheets and moved the lawns to try and keep killing the fleas, i vacuum frequently and clean up after them to make sure they fleas are still gone but my larger dog got them back and i’m afraid she’ll transfer them back to my smaller dog. i’m going to call a vet/ask friends who work at an animal shelter for opinions but is there anything you all think i should do on top of it? i’ve sprayed the carpets with flea killer and etc, we’re going to put down flea powder/flea bombs/whatever else to help too. any information PLEASE help me i feel so bad for my girls!
i have only given them one flea bathe, and i won’t do it for another few days, i will continue vacuuming but i’m looking for good yard/house flea killing products…collars you’ve heard worked, maybe front line is better than k9? i’m obviously going to take it slow but i just want to give them releif

It make take a month to two months, to kill all the fleas. Some flea meds don’t kill the eggs, so they hatch and go bite your dog.. Then die. It takes a long time to clean up from a infestation, It took us 3 months to get rid of all the fleas.
