Bathroom Faucet Plumbing seat desperate!?

I'm starting to lose hope ……… our house was built in 72. I tried repair leaking faucet in my hot tub, washers replaced, some audits are recommended to the seat when no leaks. is uneven and cracked it seems. I have the tool to move out but not cold, and I have had men try over and over. What I can do? I have to replace all pipes there too? If anyone has any tips for get this baby, kiss your feet. Moreover, even when I leave, I bought the new tap handles ……. I have a sneaking feeling its not going to fit on all sides far more than I took. The part where the seat is, it is possible that the total size 72 is different from of the total size of today? If so, then what? Any idea what it would cost six plumber? I can weld …….. 72 is large enough. It appears that you have plenty of time invested in this project and the plumbing. I want to cut your losses, you can buy a new valve in Nice and ask a friend or a plumber to install it.it work hard not and should not cost much more.
