Would it be better to use deep cycle batteries or amp-hour battery on my scooter?

I have an electric scooter and I want to change batteries. Take 3 x 10Ah 36V to 12V. "I can get 12V 10Ah deep cycle battery or should I 12Ah or 14Ah batteries. I want to know what types of batteries will give me more wide?
