My heart beat at times goes from a normal 80 to 195 at times. Even when i do no excercise. Why is this?

I measure my beat using a karrimor heart rate monitor. I am 15 years old. Do u think I wear the monitor the wrong way? But its normal at times and then its very very high for no reason. It didnt happen when another person wore the same monitor.

Go see a doctor. If your heart spikes to 195 at resting that is NOT normal. Even people who are extremely out of shapes heart rates don’t usually go that high during cardio.
