What type of bed and mattress should I get?

I’m looking for a bed frame and mattress. Anybody have some suggestions that they love? I’m a 20 year old college student, but I’m looking for something nice that will last me the next several years. Simmons? Sealey? Select Comfort? How about frame? I’m liking the contemporary designs.

there are mattress and furniture stores, try out a few and see what you like, i suggest a built in box spring with a pillow top, ikea has some nice mattresses that are the same price as mattress stores but of better quality. as for a frame. go cheap but durable.
