How do you make a Tempur mattress pad stay on the bed. It is 5in thick and slides off daily?

It has a fitted cover just like a bottom sheet. Every 3rd day I am having to remove all the bed covers to refit the mattress pad back onto the bed. Can any suggest how to make it stay on?

I guess the easiest way is to get some huge safety pins and pin all four corners. I used to do that with satin sheets. Jeez, I have some cotton sheets that do that and it’s very irritating cause I like a neat bed!
