Welsh Pony Foal / Mini Horse adjustable control rope halter?

I am expecting a Welsh Pony foal anyday now. I am trying to find somewhere that I can order or request a custom made adjustable rope halter for him/her. The style of halter I am searching for isn’t your average horsemanship halter, but rather a one piece rope which wraps around the nose then up and over behind the ears and into a round fitting. It puts pressure on the poll when pulled upon by the foal or teaching to lead. They are often found in the UK, I was just trying to avoid having to order it and ship it overseas if there is a someone here in the US that makes or distributes them.
