did you tour the maternity center at the hospital you were delivering?

and did you like it??? we did our tour yesterday and im really impressed with the hospital. no shared rooms!!! made me very happy and baby stays with me at all times unless she has to go to nicu. i get a whirpool tub in the labor room if i want to use it and then up in the mom/baby room i get a nice big shower with a bench and a removable showerhead. both rooms have tv’s in them. free wifi. i stay in the hospital for 48 hours if normal delivery 3-4 days for c section. there will be nurses to help me with breast feeding but one thing i dont like is lactation consultans arent free and you have to get approval from health insurance to beable to use one. and they only work monday-friday. that one i dont like because if im having trouble breastfeeding i want some in person help not something over the phone. actually show me what im doing wrong. but other then that im happy.

Sounds like a brilliant hospital, I live in the UK so its much better than we get on the NHS
