Every workout day has diff exercises
Monday(Shoulders)
*All reps go down per set 10-8-6-4 weight increases
Bench press 4 sets
Incline press 4 sets
Decline press 4 sets
Military press (seated) 4 sets
Military press (standing) 4 sets
Dumbell bench 4 sets
Extras:
20 pushups
20 dumbell pushups and 20 burpees
10 pull-ups
20 dips
10 dips using bar stools
1 mile jog on treadmill-6mph 10 incline
20 jumping jacks 20 mountain climbers 20 standing bicycles 20 shrugs 20 lunges 40 second hold squat
20 reg situps 20 side to side situps 40 sec hold leg lift 20 crunches 20 bicycles 40 sec hold situp
10 curls 70lbs
10 cardio fit push pull exercises
3 mile jog
uhh, yea sounds good to me, do you do anything els during the day?? i hope there are meals inbetween some of those things. =)
