does anyone know the average shelf life of of blood glucose monitor test strips? specifically Accu-chek? thank
also how long are the strips okay to use after opening?
There is a use by date on the packages, but if they haven’t been opened, still sealed, they are ok to use.
Do check them against a package of new strips. test with one of the old strips, and again with one of the new strips. Yes, there will be a difference in readings, but should be close rather than miles apart.
