Whats the effect of excercise on blood pressure? pulse ? and peripheral resistance?

The actual effect of exercising increases your pulse the eliptical machines take your pulse and give you the healthy range for your age and weight (mine is like 150’s to burn calories). Your blood pressure also slightly increases to the response of your burning energy and the peripheral resistance would possibly depend on if you go running outside and it is cold the resistance would be high and then as you warm up and sweat the peripheral resistance would dialate and decrease and may have the same affect on your blood pressure slightly.
