Should I wear my hamstring brace that I have for running while I am doing hamstring exercises?

I pulled my hamstring a few weeks ago and purchased this adjustable sleeve primarily for running and sports but I wanted to know while I am beginning to strengthen my hamstring would it be smart to use?
