Fed up with stain on my rubber band!?

Anyone there, do you have similar problem with me? I have ceramic braces on since 4 months ago, choosed this one because thought this would be better not so visible than the metal one however paying extra lots of money for this the clear rubber bands always stain so quickly, try to avoid eating curries, orange or other colorful juices, etc it makes no different! I have to go back and keep changing the rubber band so often like twice a week. when I properly brush my teeth everyday follow what they have told me though but nothing work! I had silver rubber band color for changed but it didn’t look good on ceramic, off white looks even worst, beige same as clear stained so quickly too!!! with ceramic is just difficult to choose with colorful looks awful! is there anti stain rubber band in your country? different as here inTokyo? I am just wondering if Tokyo is far behind in having braces.

not sure what to tell you. I had braces about a year and a half ago and I had the same problem. It is pretty much impossible to not get the bands stained, as most people eat something colorful and something juicy everyday. I do not think that there is a stain remover, though. My advice would be just to brush your teeth three times a day, after breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If brushing after lunch is a problem, just make sure to rinse your mouth out. If you have braces, though, they are pretty much impossible to hide, so you could have gotten regular metal braces, they work just as well. it seems that over half of the world today has braces, so you would be in the majority, not the minority.
