Are these myths true?
i have alot so brace yourself. haha.
if you can bind your foot to make it teeny, then can you stretch your foot alot to make it bigger?
does eating vegetables and fruits really make you get BIGGER? (as in like, im a skeleton. can eating a bowl of grapes everyday make me grow 5 inches taller and grow a cup size and, in general, the size of a normal 8th grader?)
does rubbing and pushing on your nose a little each day make your nose shorter? because i am also a bird… long nose included…
and…
do i need to gain fat or muscle in my arms and legs to make their circumference (haha nerrrd) bigger?
how do i gain muscle if i am NOT talented at sports and cannot join a gym?
well i dont know abut all the myths but you can do alot of aerobic exercises at home, go running or swim, there are alot of ways to stay active without joining a gym….and most people arent born with athletic talent it takes work;)
