Can not sleep with my moderation. Sick of it all!?

Ok, I had my preparing for a year and a half and I was so happy to finally arrive to be free of them, only to have my joy crushed when I said I wear a retainer for life. Only use it at night, and I had about three weeks, but I can not sleep with it in. I Just Can not Stop to smell. And now I'm so sick of this! I want to get rid of the braces together. I think you should have the simple pleasure Sleeping without a plastic device in his mouth. I do not care if my teeth move a little, but I do not really want to go back to the way they were. I 15 years, and I can not sleep well. I slept horribly last three weeks (4 or 5 hours) and nights he slept only when not in use. Please help!

AW: Do not know really, I wear my night too, and I'm used to mine in less than a week. I think everything depends on you and your teeth. believe me, stick to it.
