My boyfriend and ARTHRITIS!!!?

Hi, my boyfriend is only 23 and just got honorably discharged from the Army. He has arthritis in both his knees and we have tried doing tons of stuff to try to take the pain away. Aleve, knee braces, cold/hot patches. Any ideas???
We have tried Aleve and Patches and he does have Rematroid Athritis

There is a good natural pill called the sendi pill. I know heaps of people who swear by this. It only contains natural ingredients…like mace, ginger, cumin.I have used it my self.
