Does anyone wear knee braces/pads under their baseball uni?

I don’t have any knee issues, but I scrape up my knees and shins so bad every game just sliding into bases. I am considering just wearing a light knee wrap just to prevent the scrapes/burns.

I have knee problems,so yes i do. i have severe tendinitis in my right knee,so yeah i wear a wrap and well,that obviously helps the cuts /scrapes/injury in general. but even before my injury,on occasion (when facing pitchers i knew i could run on) i would wear a sliding pad that goes around your sliding knee/leg

for me that helped,however the only probelem was that it was thick and kind of “handicapped” my movement. but none-the-less it really helped the cuts and whatnot if that sort of thing bothers you.

anyway,long story short(kind of), i would recomend a THIN pad or wrap for sliding…hope this helped!
