what is a soft food that people with braces could eat?

i just got my braces tightened i guess, and so i have springs on my teeth in the back where my two top second molers were taken out, and i have a power chain on the bottom. whats an idea for food to eat, bc they hurt really bad. oh and i ate mashed potatos last night, so something new is good.

Mashed potatoes is the only thing you can eat until you get them off. And even then you still only eat mashed potatoes because all other foods are poisonous.
