Op-Post and the skin problems of the knee?

I underwent knee surgery three weeks ago arthoscopic. Since then I have been limited a pair consists of two thick foam blocks (in the leg, another in the thigh) and w metal rods or revolves around sides and on w / velcro straps. I can not remove to wash, if it is any way I can clean it? I get it 24 / 7, so that is bad fast. also, because I have all the time, and can be removed only for a short period of time, my skin got very dry and peeling. i can not swim w / brace (still shower Tho Ive found a way) so I can not out of my leg down. What I can use a good moisturizer for my skin that has no greasy residue. id to KNO, because the brace is to stick around for a long time. I've had two press releases side and two surgeries in the past Fulkerson TTT. I had to use the support as it is now six weeks for each surgery. It sucks really! I feel for you. Unfortunately, I lived itchy skin. I Olay skin lotion, but did not help much This has the bad smell and hug. When the corset is too gross / dirty I went to medical use or physical therapist and requested a new one to replace it. They have always respected. Perhaps it will do the same for you. I also got a washer back (with a long handle) scratch the inside of the corset. Skin problems are a pain, but once you suffer through surgery and recovery suggest how much more will your knees! Sorry if this is not helpful, but basically I have to just live with it. If you find a solution, I would like to know! Good luck!
