Nobody maintain a CPR mask with them at all times?

I mean, if you're not a doctor or a nurse or EMT, but recognized in the CPR, you keep a spare mask in your bag or in your car just in case?

I tried to find one, but a chemist told me that you bagging can achieve if you are the commander of a doctor. Sold only masks to avoid having to do word of mouth directly, but if I can get an Ambu as we have in the hospital I work, I am totally get and keep in my car! !
