After years of suffering the pain of the upper body, I was diagnosed with cervical spine problems. What I can do?

For all my adult life and maybe more, I had headaches, neck, shoulders and back. Oddly enough, I could not find the cause of my neck, because each side to hurt me. Finally, I had the MRI and it showed good that I have other mild to moderate swelling – four in all – in my cervical spine. It also revealed a loss of lordosis (the curve of my neck is inverted) to C4-C5. Also I have back pain and muscle spasms. Sometimes they give me spasms ill in the muscles which actually runs from my work my collarbone. All physicians who wanted to try conservative treatment. I respect that and tried, but physiological and drugs simply do not help. What I can do? At this point I am willing to consider surgery. I can not live my life in pain, unable to sleep easily, and constant tension. Stress can seriously aggravate my condition, amplifying the pain.
