sewing chair cushions outdoors?

I would like to make chair cushions for my outdoor chairs. What kind of fabric is the best (and I can get on the Internet or Hancocks or Joann @ another site)? In addition, any type of special foam padding should I use? All special child? This is a problem seal? Anything I should know? Thank you.

Coso the cheapest I can get. I bought a pair of discount store tablecloths and vinyl slip covers for them and some old seats / pillows at low prices! Talk about beautiful face! Adequate for making a game for all the holidays of all layers on vacation!
