Control of age in New Orleans these hotels?

A group of friends and I are willing to make a trip to New Orleans, we found two hotels planned stay less, are the Royal St. Charles Hotel and Comfort Inn & Suites, both are the center and blocks from the French Quarter. We are 18 and 19. Would we be able to make one of these? I checked out Web sites, but they say nothing about the age at check in.

The hotels that require less than 21 years, because there are usually mini-bar the rooms and mini-bars contain alcohol. If the hotel's website says a "21" and want to stay call and ask if they have room w / oa-mini bar.
