Does anyone know if the attention of Obama health plan has been amended by the economic problems of recent years?

I see on TV saying things that are already paid is described by means that are not affected by the Rescue … I'm without health insurance. I can not afford $ 1,000 a month, would have to pay as a diabetic. I would be able to pay something that is not even an option for me in the current non-health plan, we have in this country. I wonder if anyone has heard about the health insurance scheme.
