Where can a buy a “designer” shower safety handrail/grab bar for my elderly parents?

Need to buy a safety rail for my parents shower but they rejected the one I bought from Homebase – nice plain cylindrical chrome grab rail – because it “looks like something from a mental health institution”. Unfortunately they all do. Anyone know where I can pick one up online that doesn’t look like what it is?
