I want to build the ultimate hands-down gaming PC for personal use?

What is the latest in high-end gaming pc componets these days? I am buying each part seperately and building it myself, I need suggestions for the top of line builds. My budget is 15-30$K if that gap really makes a difference. High end gaming, sound, music creation, video creation, watching dvds/tv on my computer – all that stuff is very important too me, especially music creation and clear crisp sounds. In fact I’m using prossional sound engineering headphones with my current pc – skip the bs razor and logitech crap. I don’t want to buy a pre-built one, especially not alienware, or voodoo/dell or any of that crap.
