help wrap the knee pain?

This is a good way to wrap my knee to reduce pain? I tried a standard compression and does not work. There are a lot of cracks and grind when I walk. the pain of being used in the front of my leg below the knee, it is more profound and almost in the center my knee (only my wife). theres a certain kind of movie that you can re-visit or some way that tape can protect me? I guess I should have said my knee was injured for about two years. I used to play hockey and he gave me a blow and was first in the committees, there are many other things that have happened to her since then. I never thought I was good enough to stop playing, now I like playing about a year.

It depends on the initial injury. If it is stability you are looking for, you need to wrap all the way once around about 3 inches above the kneecap. Then Criss Cross in the front of the ball ( right to left), behind the leg about 3 inches below the kneecap. Then a ride in the background. Then run through the back (of left to right). Keep doing this until they feel comfortable. Do not do it too tight, only mid-pressure.This help a lot if you have damaged a ligiment. You can use it all the time, but you really need to see a doctor. Good luck!
