what is the solution to this feeling of out of control?

I am not sure if this is the cause of depression… this feeling like you have no control at all over yourself. Like you just become overwhelm by things around you, your life, like i don’t know how to explain. Things are crumpling.. and when your in the situation you just can’t SEE. Like you are blinded by the situation you don’t know what is the right thing to do. Its just that when you look inside yourself you see, nothing. Like literally… ASIDE from getting a doctor, what do you think a person must do or think or become aware of at a time like this?

Aw, I’m sorry hun, I know exactly what you mean, I’m in the same boat right now, and this isn’t the first time that I’ve been having these feelings. One thing that I found to be effective is friends. I have my best friend, for example, even though she moved away & is going to a different university, we still call each other every time we can & she tells me that she’s basically going through the same thing. Believe it or not, sometimes the best thing to do is to vent. When you tell someone about the problem, whether it’s a friend, a family member, a counselor or a stranger, it can make you realize things that you hadn’t realized before, when you were just thinking to yourself. It’s good that you decided to ask people about this, that means that you’re trying to understand it & also get more people’s opinions on this. Try talking to a friend, a family member, or someone close to you, or someone you barely know, in fact, recently, I’ve tried to find some forums online made specifically for people with the problems I’ve been having, for example, I’m almost positive that I have SAD or Social Anxiety Disorder, and there is a forum [www.socialphobiaworld.com] in which you can talk about your problems and connect with other people who know what you’re going through.
