Correct Posture
By Charlie on Sep 22, 2009 in Hearing & Orthepedic

What are some ways to correct poor posture?
Do I need to see a chiropractor or are there exercises/devices i can try? My posture is not very bad, but I do not want it to get worse as i get older and would like to feel and look better. I sit at a computer all day for my job.
Sitting at a computer will weaken the neck muscles. Take micro-breaks frequently, observe some ergonomic principles and make sure your monitor is not too low. Also, do some neck retraction exercises to help prevent a forward head posture.
