40 minutes a day on my elliptical exercise enough?
I just bought an elliptical trainer because it was my preferred gym equipment. But he hated the gym and then bought one for home. It is 40 minutes a day is enough?
That's great! And pretty soon you have used 40 minutes before I knew that I do 90 minutes a day!
