I was on crutches for 11 days and now I need to stretch my achilles. How long will it take for it to be norma?

I was on crutches for 11 days and now the doctor told me to start putting weight on my foot. The soreness comes from a tight achilles. I was wondering how long would it take for my achilles to come back to normal length making walking easy?
