Question about taking blood pressure?

When you take blood pressure, where is the artery line on the cuff supposed to line up? is it supposed to be centered in the middle of the arm? and then does it matter where the tubes that inflate the cuff are at? also, this might be a stupid question, but does the stethoscope go right under the word “artery”? because I’ve also heard it’s supposed to go between the two tubes that go into the cuff

the cuff should be right above the crease of the elbow and the tubes should line up underneath(in the crease of the elbow) and not under the cuff in any way, then the stethoscope goes under the cuff half way,half in & half out,everything should line up.
