How do you pressurize a 1300 ft^3 cylinder fuel tank to 80+ psi ?

Please help, the fuel tank is a cylinder with a length of 36 ft and a diameter of 8 feet. Also the tank is placed into a tight spaced fuselage.
The fuel inside is liquid hydrogen and placed inside a tight spaced fuselage. Esitmated weight of the aircraft is right now 165,000 pounds, and the aircraft uses rocket propulsion to bring itto high speeds.

Errrrr……. Have you given any consideration at all to the weight you will have
to build into a tank that large to hold up under 80+ psi.?????
“Fuselage” suggests an aeronautical application.
Even a high capacity fuel pump system would be a lot lighter.
