Deaf Ear Hearing

i went swimming today and i got water in my ear and i had gone deaf in my left ear the water has yet to come?
out and i used q tips but i think it just made it worse do you think there is anything i can do to make my ear hear again? with out using ear drops?
titling my head it doesnt come out >.<
Most times this can be fixed if you turn your head upside down and tilted to one side. Be patient and feel the weight of the water in your ear as it drips out. If it doesn’t feel like it’s coming out, try another angle.
You can also try laying down with that ear down on your pillow.
If none of this helps or if you feel pain or pressure beyond just the water in your ear, see a doctor.
Under no circumstances poke around in your ear with any object. Even Q-tips aren’t recommended. The water is a lot further in than anything else should be, so it’s best to let gravity do the work.
