what does a diabetic blood sugar needle look like?
just the needle
is it like the ones in normal syringes?
i mean the one you poke you finger with
The needle that you poke your finger (or alternate testing site) with is called a lancet lol. It’s a very tiny needle really.. here is a link to a picture:

The whole lancet (not just the needle part) is usually about an inch long.. and the actual needle of the lancet is about half a centimeter, I think.. lol
